Perform assistant softball coaching duties during practices and game days, work collegially with all members of the coaching staff; work in compliance with COA, Coast Conference and Foothill College rules and policies; promote softball in the community; develop and maintain a close professional working relationship with local high school softball coaches; be an active participant in the recruitment of student softball athletes; perform other duties related to fund raising for softball; carry out additional assignments as directed by the head softball coach.
