Assistant Men's and Women's Swimming Coach: This is a twelve month, full-time position (salary is commensurate with experience) including an attractive benefits package. The individual will report directly to the Head Coach. Duties include, but are not limited to: Daily, on-deck coaching of Division I Men's and Women's swimmers; Initiate and coordinate recruitment of viable prospective student-athletes; Additional work with team members on an individual basis; Make a consistent effort to further one's professional competence; Compliance with university, department and NCAA rules and regulations; Other assignments as directed by the Head Coach; Development of camp and clinic programs.
Requirements: Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; Previous coaching experience required; Experience as a Division I collegiate swimmer preferred; Experience coaching national-level student-athletes preferred; A.S.C.A. and USA Swimming coaching certification preferred. |
