The Athletics Director will provide leadership to Drew's eighteen varsity sports teams and is responsible for strategic planning, program management, budgeting, personnel and student-athlete development, and staffing decisions. The Athletics Director supervises the Associate Director, the Assistant Director, and the Facilities Director, all of whom are also head coaches. In addition, the Athletics Director supervises eleven other head coaches (eight full-time and three part-time), two certified athletics trainers, an equipment manager, and an administrative assistant.
