SALARY:Commensurate with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Director of Athletic Development will work with the Director of Athletic Development on the immediate and long-range fundraising efforts of the department. Involved in the development, planning, and implementation of a comprehensive volunteer annual giving program. Provide day-to-day management of the athletic department's volunteer fund raising program. The position will also manage all development related special events, including but not limited to: home and away football games, home basketball games, Ohio Bobcat Club Caravans, donor events related to Ohio Bobcat Club benefits, Green and White Club events and alumni reunions. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS:A Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of two years experience within athletic development or related management experience in college athletics preferred. The candidate should demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrate the ability to work on projects individually, as well as within a team; be able to handle multiple tasks at one time and have an understanding of NCAA rules and regulations.

Candidates must possess outstanding leadership, management, and interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide diversity of faculty, volunteers, staff, students and community members.
