The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and maintaining the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) brand and promoting the conference on the campuses of the nine member institutions, regionally and nationally. Essential duties and responsibilities include corporate sponsorship fulfillment, marketing and promotions, media buying, brand management, championships support, licensing, serving as liaison with marketing professionals and member institutions, liaison with WAC Sports Properties, an entity of Learfield Sports.
NOTES: US Residents Only. Employer will assist with relocation costs. Competitive salary with excellent benefits package.
Requirements: At least three years experience in athletics administration/sports marketing required, preferably in college athletics. The scope of the position requires weekend and evening work and occasionally requires overnight, out-of-town travel. |
