Four Half-time Head Coach Positions
Baseball, Wrestling, Field Hockey, Men's/Women's Tennis
Four half-time Head Coach Positions available: Baseball; Wrestling, Field Hockey and Men's/Women's Tennis. The Head Coach directs all phases of the program by establishing and maintaining a high standard of excellence that includes recruiting academically qualified student-athletes, scheduling, scouting, conditioning, supervising the coaching staff, managing the program budget, generating revenue and other duties as assigned. Also, the Head Coach is responsible for making sure that all duties are executed in compliance with NCAA, PSAC and institutional rules and regulations. The Baseball, Tennis and Field Hockey programs enjoy a rich tradition in the PSAC and NCAA Division II. The Wrestling program enjoys a rich tradition in the PSAC and the NCAA Division I.

Required: Bachelor's degree; evidence of successful coaching experience in the pertinent sport at the high school or intercollegiate level for at least three years; demonstrated record of promoting the academic success of student-athletes; demonstrated excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; knowledge of and experience in recruiting, supervising staff and managing budgets; evidence of working effectively with student-athletes of diverse races and cultures; evidence of complying fully with NCAA, PSAC regulations; valid driver's license; and successful interview.
Preferred: Successful experience as head coach at the intercollegiate level. Revenue generating experience.
Salary commensurate with experience.
