General Description: The head coach will direct all aspects of practice sessions, recruiting, team management, study hall, travel and duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree,
· Previous successful coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level;
· Successful recruiting experience;
· Strong network of coaches, and the
· Ability to communicate effectively.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently, while maintaining ties with team through communication and
coordination;
· High degree of creativity, vision and resourcefulness;
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and goals;
· Must be able to work nights and weekends and postseason events; some travel involved.
Essential Responsibilities:
Run all aspects of program.
Monitor student academic progress.
Ability to recruit and graduate quality athletes.
Assist in the preparation of team budget.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $6,500
