Earlham College is seeking applicants for the position of Head Women's Soccer Coach. Coaching responsibilities in a second sport or other administrative duties will be a part of this position. This position is full-time in the Department of Athletics.
Responsibilities include administering all aspects of a NCAA Division III women's soccer program that participates in the North Coast Athletic Conference. Duties include planning and executing practices, the recruiting and matriculation of outstanding student-athletes to the college, teaching activity classes and other duties assigned by the Director of Athletics.
A Bachelor's degree is required along with coaching and/or playing experience, preferably at the collegiate level is required. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of the NCAA Division III philosophy, regulations, and the role of athletics and wellness within a private liberal arts college.
