The University of Tulsa, an NCAA Division I Institution and Conference USA member, is seeking two (2) interns for the Golden Hurricane Athletics Marketing Department. Interns will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of athletics marketing operations, which includes: Game day operations for football, men's and women's basketball, executing sponsorship promotions and soliciting group ticket sales. The Marketing and Promotions Interns will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies for men's and women's soccer, volleyball and softball as well as cultivating new memberships for the Hurricane Kids Club, and increasing student attendance while managing the Reynolds Rowdies program.
The desired start date for Intern #1 will be July 1 and August 4 for Intern #2. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with prior athletic marketing experience; a passion for intercollegiate athletics and a strong work ethic is preferred. The Sports Marketing and Promotions Interns at The University of Tulsa will receive a stipend of $1,500 per month for 10 months.
